工業培訓生將在公司下屬的油脂壓榨、飼料蛋白廠輪崗，為期12個月。通過系統性地學習工廠生產經營中各個部門和環節的知識，讓一名應屆畢業生初步具備成為未來工廠管理人員的能力。
招聘對象：2016年應屆畢業生及職場新人（1-3年工作經驗）
參考專業：油脂工程、食品科學與工程、機械和自動化、機電一體化、環境和安全類或其他相關專業。
備注：根據業務需要公司可能安排其他輪崗地點。
